STAT Medical Devices, Inc.® purchases a 14,000 square-foot building in North Miami Beach, Florida.
“This is an exciting time for us,” says Abraham W. Chames, M.D., Executive Vice President/Medical Director. “2008 is our 20th year anniversary and our new facility helps to highlight this important milestone.”
The new facility, located at 2056 NE 153rd Street in North Miami Beach, Florida, will serve as the main office for STAT in the U.S. and the warehouse will become the distribution center for STAT’s growing line of medical products.
“We were bursting at the seams,” says Steve Schraga, President/Executive Director R&D. “Our company has experienced 4-years of substantial growth and in the coming year, we will nearly double our product line. This move will give us some much-needed breathing room – the new facility is four-times the size of our current offices!”
Construction on the new offices is scheduled for completion in early February and the office and warehouse staff will relocate February 15.
STAT Medical Devices is a Miami-based designer/manufacturer of a complete line of clinical and home-use blood sampling devices for global distribution. In addition to OEM (custom design) services, STAT’s line of products is available for Private Labeling.
